Best Drag Strip around. I think the closest track to this is only a 1/8th mile track. This is a FULL NHRA 1/4 Mile Drag Strip. Check out their website for test & tune events. They also have schedule for other national and major events like Snowbird Nationals which is AMAZING!

I spend a lot of time here with my son and I’ve been coming here for well over 20 years for events like NMRA as well as private track days where myself with a group of other Drag Racers.

KC Photography was there the last Test & Tune ~10/3/20 and they took AMAZING pictures. I truly hope KC Photography comes back in the near future again as I will pay for the photo’s they do (I only raced 1 time before it got dark dark so I only had one image last time due to someone spilling coolant down the WHOLE track) — Obviously safety first so their team cleaned it up very well (enough for my 2nd pass, granted 1.5 hours later was my fastest pass yet and close to my fastest EVERY).

They seriously need to look into more (MUCH MORE) concessions as these events get more popular. I had to leave the event several hours early tonight, because there were 2 places you could get food and drink. And the lines for each were probably 3 hours long. Not exaggerating. I base this on having waited for an hour and a half last year in lines there that were less than half as long. If you're familiar with the layout, the line for the concession stand on the tower side was backed up around the building last the bathrooms and down well INTO THE STAGING LANES. And on the other side, the concession stand was way over to the inside of the entrance (about 30 yards left of the entrance, looking out, behind the stands), and wrapped around nearly to the track. Especially as Cleetus brings bigger and bigger numbers, they're going to have to let 3rd party vendors, food trucks, temp facilities, etc in. They would get many more people buying, and multiple times. I saw a woman being tended to medically for passing out on my way out. She was dehydrated, no doubt. This is a nice track.
