Took in a laptop that was having a little screen issue (slightly split) everything still working fine just the screen view off a little. When the “technician” looked at it he said this is a new one, he had never seen that before... but later in his conversation he said it’s usually the cable that causes this... that should have been a clear warning. He said they would need to take it apart to evaluate it and would call us back in a day at the latest. Two days no call, we called them, they informed us that the computer now didn’t work at all, nothing. We were charged $60.00 for them to “guess” and disassemble and then not even call us back as they promised. My guess and opinion, young “kids” with no formal training, definitely should have sent the computer back to HP. This place might be good for “basics”, software issue, battery change, but I would not recommend for anything else!! Also, have since Googled the issue and found numerous reports and the suggested “cures”, guessing they won’t work now that something “happened” during...

Took my laptop in for some hardware work. Very pleased with the results. Problem fixed. Purchased some items on this visit and once before. Purchases were reasonably priced and as advertised. The technicians are great: very helpful and knowledgeable, generally pleasant to deal with, and able to make good recommendations when I tell them what I need.

They have had low staffing lately (written 9/12/2022), so turn-around time was a bit long. I'm not holding that against them because that's happening to everyone, it's hopefully temporary, and they are being proactive about the situation: They have just hired new people and are advertising to hire more. **Call before going on Saturday to make sure they are open.

The people here were really great! I called ahead on the phone if they would be able to solder something small for me and stated that the person working there is learning to solder and would look at what I had. In person the dude assured me he was just learning but had confidence he could solder what I had. He did amazing!! Got me in and out in no time and was more than helpful with any questions I had. I appreciate them getting me in since I was just a walk in customer. Their shop is so nice inside too! Worth checking out for any...
