Nittany MinitMart — Local services in Bradford Township

Stopped to get a breakfast sandwich on my way to Morrisdale because going into Philipsburg & back would take too much time. (If only Id known how bad the service is here it would have probably saved time) The only 2 grab and go were sausage so at 10:12 am I ordered a bacon egg & cheese croissant. My friend ordered a burrito separately at 10:14. After about 10 minutes I looked back to see what was the holdup. saw an over toasted croissant bun waiting open on the counter and something under a lid on the grill. The burrito, ordered at 10:14 had not even been been started! Apparently they make one order at a time and don't start the next till the first is done?? The counter woman asked if I needed something else or just checking. I told them that the burrito was with me so she said told the preparer, who said oh, and then started it. I saw the girl then put on gloves (without hand wash first as recommended by safe serving guidelines & not sure if any were worn before I was watching) and THEN proceed to pick up and twist shut the bun bag and pick up another package with the burritos in before then touching my sandwich & making the burrito with the now contaminated gloves. We were getting ready to ask for our money back when after FOURTEEN minutes we finally got our order. It doesnt take that long to cook bacon on a grill even if it were started from raw. This place is awesome. We had trouble with our order from a different store. And they not only fixed it the dropped it off to us. The store went above and beyond what they needed to. Great customer service. The lady that helped us out was very helpful and polite. And amazing she was very understanding and went beyond our expectations. And the food was perfect and delicious.
