Very Disappointed in the service through the website and Credit/Debit Card processing. They said my card was not charged, but it was and the funds were held in cyber space, neither did my bank have access to the funds. I have to wait 30 days before the funds are back on my account. Because my order was cancelled on their end for artwork approval. Which then I had to fill out the paper work and resubmit the order without even without getting my initial funds back. Zippo has $464 of mine and I still have not received half of that back. My customer was very disappointed because we did not have the giveaway items for their trade show that is now over and costed them potential business.. They wanted 6 Lighters to giveaway during the trade show that was missed because of a month delay of Zippo's service.
