Rosallini's — Local services in Brainerd

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 5:36 PM today. Linda had a difficult time even getting the order and working "machine". Was told 30 minutes for delivery, after 50 minutes I called. Male answering phone was very very rude. Stated it was over an hour wait for delivery, when questioned about being told it was 30 minutes stated that no one would have told me that because they were very busy. I stated that Linda did, and he said "well I will cancel it", and hung up on me. The delivery person pulled up within minutes. The driver was very apologetic and kind. The pizza isn't good. Luke warm, soggy crust, not cut completely. Garlic cheese bread cold, again not cut. This is such a disappointment as Rosalini's in Aitkin has 10 time over the quality of service and food. This is our third time ordering from Rosalini's Brainerd location and each time has been a disaster. Never again...

I haven’t had the opportunity to dine in, but I have had their food delivered a couple times and my job has ordered as well. Every single pizza I have tried is packed full of flavor and deliciousness! There are several pizza places in the Brainerd area, and Rosallini’s by far has the best flavor, price for your buck and options. I tried one of their Keto Bowls today, and it tastes exactly like the pizza without the bread. The delivery has always been a little earlier than anticipated, and the service has been amazing every time I have received my orders. This is not like any other pizza place, Rosallini’s truly puts care into their food and service. I don’t think I’ll buy pizza from anywhere...

I'M from Jamestown ND. My brother lives 1and a half miles north of Rosallini's in Brainerd, Minnesota . I have driven by several times in the last year when I visit my brother. Yester day, I decided to try them out.I ordered the Gobbler, to check them out. It was one of the best pizzas that we've ever had. Besides Brainerd, I found out that they have locations in the twin cities and Fargo ND. Fargo is only an hour drive from Jamestown. The next time I want pizza, I'm going to go to Fargo and get one that you cook at home yourself. Instead of having them cook it for us like they did in Brainerd.
