There is no doubt that the amenities of this facility are adequate for a family experience for a summer when there is nothing better to do then come here. The bathrooms are clean the property is clean and there are plenty of things to keep adults and kids alike occupied. To further the goodness of this place, the employees and staff are utmost proper choices very kind and respectable beings. Esp. that one kid I saw in the office a few times there was only one college kid guy. He always exceeded our expectations and ensured everything was good with us as well as the other members as well as his fellow employees while still maintaining a poised professional lighthearted and charismatic attitude towards the entire organization. To second the adult running the office I believe her name was Mandy she kept everything running so smoothly and in tip-top shape. If those dynamic duo always ran the place, the revenue would skyrocket and the place might get back to an older glory Unfortunately, this is where the high road ends for the company. What really makes this place go to shambles is the upper executives of the company. Being an environment meant to be a safe and family atmosphere the way the full fledged adults of the company nicknamed by some as the, "family," was that of you would see of one of the five year old kid members. Many times people have approached the owner and the new General Manager I believe her name was Ruth on suggestions concerns and complaints about certain situations and repeatedly were told we were wrong and that nothing will happen for at least 5 years but we hear your concern and will bring it up in meetings. The place used to be lined with the white pool lounge chairs and every year got smaller and smaller in number and when questioned by the owner he says he is not going to waste money on new ones every year if it means people will break them and he has to dish out money to replace and get new ones. Your purpose as a business operator is to provide and not tell your customers to figure it out themselves because you're fed up and disgusted. It is so very apparent even though I was not an employee how the "family" takes advantage of the kids both lifeguards, the college office staff, and the snack bar. To further this, I witnessed one afternoon where the old man belligerently yelled at the top of his lungs to a few of the lifeguards because they were unaware of a new change in a certain policy which was the fault of the General Manager solely while customers were all around witnessing it. I would never let any adult, employer or not ever speak to my kids the way he carelessly does. Speaking of boundaries another day witnessing the owner put his hands on a female member and she was clearly shook up by him touching her is repulsive and incredibly unprofessional and honestly can get into so much legal trouble if pressed on the matter. Ruth has a very good presence about her being an early staged mother and all and was not always around for obvious reasons. However, the way she was the one that provoked and created so much problems when the place ran more smoothly when she did step away shows a lot about the unqualified and unfitness her vital part was to this company. Being part of the family is fantastic but maybe the problem with the place is the family themselves. The kids that work the facility are working hard and we have never had anything negative with them because they are always so respectable and effective at their duties. It is so unfortunate that the adults and higher ups need to sort their stuff out and quickly because at the destructive rate that they handle things the place could close down in a few years time and am very disappointed in the lack of maturity they conduct...
Read moreSilver Saddle Swim Club is a wonderful place to spend your summer. My family has been a member for the past three years and could not ask for anything more--the entire staff is welcoming, warm, and friendly, as are the members, and everyone is treated as part of the Silver Saddle family, the lifeguards walk around the pool, ensuring the safety of all swimmers, the amenities go beyond the basic beach volleyball and basketball courts to include activities for even the youngest members (playground, arts and crafts, music, yoga), and there are times when floats and tubes are allowed in the water, but most importantly, Silver Saddle Swim Club is a safe environment where we happily pass our summer days and...
Read moreWe paid for a family we are out of town. It was not cheap at all. The pools are what you expect okay. There was a whole week where the little kids pool was closed and they still had adult swim. It was a lot of kids with nothing to do. The snack stand which is run by Branchburg best showed up whenever they wanted to. Sometime it was 3 o clock in the afternoon 1 or 2 sometimes they didn’t open at all. Terrible when you have to order food to the pool because your kids are hungry. Snacks stand should be opened all day from open to close. Def not impressed by the place and very expensive for nothing. Life guards are ok. Some are fantastic with the kids and very attentive...
