Honestly so upset with the service I received here at Bettie’s with Shelly, she was doing a promotion for $100 all over color and I took her up on it, asked her if she could do full blonde, she told me yes. I got there an she said she could a balayage with blonde, this is what I got.. when I was there she had told me she couldn’t get some of it to lift, she got the ends perfect, but then I get to my grandmas and she said “Audrey your hair is pink & copper in the back no blonde”. Me thinking no way she told me she couldn’t get it all blonde but it came out blonde and pinkish but if you look at the pictures to me I see no blonde in the back, yes it is my fault for not double checking before I left & paid her! But she could have did way better, then when I brought it up to her ab not realizing how pink & copper it is in the back she said I could come back this Monday or Tuesday, and she was gonna charge me to fix this mess! Honestly mind blown, I would not recommend Shelly at this place, bc now I’m out of $100 & had to pay someone else to fix it which got my hair to lift no problem!! LOVE!!! LOVE!!! LOVE!!! This salon! They are always so professional and kind. All the stylist are very talented. Ashley styled my hair for my best friends wedding a few years ago and it turned out absolutely perfect. I was very pregnant at the time and wasn't feeling great about the way I looked for the wedding prior to her doing my hair. After she worked her magic, I left feeling absolutely great about myself and was picture ready for the wedding. Since then, I've only gone to Betties and Nichole has been doing my hair. She always does a fantastic job! She even came up with the perfect balayae to help hide my new-growth roots during my busy season at work when I'm unable to make it into the salon. She is hair wizard for sure! Definitely recommend Betties in Brandenburg...
