I don’t normally fuss with bad reviews, but I was highly disappointed with how I was treated by staff. I tried to get an exchange done on a headlight, I didn’t have the receipt so I don’t have an issue with the fact they couldn’t do that. But, they basically treated me like an inconvenience (when I didn’t make a big deal of it) and tried to make me feel like I didn’t know what I was doing with my car repairs. Bulb grease is not necessary for replacements. It just helps them last longer. But they insisted that’s why my headlight went out in a month. Yeah, alright.

Go to the Seffner location, especially if you don’t look like the ideal man. They’ll treat you like an idiot who doesn’t know how to work on your own car.

I have had the best experience in an auto parts store ever. I do not say this lightly. The manager Lisa was very friendly and professional with everyone who walked into the store. She helped me identify the best product I needed for my car and I was more than willing to pay for a higher end product because how she explained things to me. And then I needed guidance and help with installation and regional trainer Mr Yosnel Martin who was extremely helpful and went beyond the call of duty. He was a consummate professional and helped me tremendously and he did this with so much patience and a smile. As a result of his help I needed up buying two more parts for my car. I love this place always..well almost always have what I need when I need it but it's nit on them it's whoever make whit lithium grease their the culprits I can't find that stuff anywheres for my grease gun. I'm lookin for the 14oz tunes I think it is for my gun but instead only thi g available is like an 8oz bottle that I have to try and transfer and squeeze into my gun ...stuff isn't cheap either...I'm paying now for an 8oz bottle the same as price for the 14ozer crazy maan...if anyone knows where to get some you can Google me email is there..thanks..(if you do happen to email put in the subject something like "FOUND YA SOME WHITE LITH"or something other so I'll know it's not...
