Great Experience here @ The Car Store !!! Believe me !!! I was an out of state buyer, I have been around for a few years hahaha .. meaning I'm fifty plus years old. I have purchased & sold many of vehicles in my life privately, dealerships in and out of state. It can be a very risky and stressful thing to purchase a vehicle sight unseen and have it shipped to you. The staff was great and easy to deal with. Buddy as my salesperson & Shellie on the administrative side and even the folks that answerd the phone when I called .They we're very straight forward, professional and honest about my purchase and very patient with my many phone calls & emails !!! I would not hesitate to refer my family, friend or any other person to "The Car Store in Seffiner FL" !! No BS !!! I had a small bump in the road when I received my product & realistically they didn't have to do anything about it because it wasn't on them. But they stepped up anyway and helped me with it !!! They said "We want you to be happy and fully satisfied" and thats to a customer that's already paid for the vehicle and it was already delivered and lives 1500 miles away from the dealership... Recently bought a truck from this dealership, and will most definitely not be returning. The truck was an older model but with a very low mileage, practically new, so I was excited about the purchase. I inspected the vehicle thoroughly before having bought it and after I pointed out several flaws that would need fixing before my buying it, I was reassured that they would be taken care of.

They were not. The screws on one of the mud flaps had torn through the rubber and instead of replacing it, which was what I assumed would happen when they told they would fix it, they just flipped it so the broken part hung down. The license plate was secured with different screws and knobs that didn’t go together and by the time I had arrived home it was hanging on by a single screw. My parents bought cars here about 12 to 13 years ago and they raved about this place. My father recently went there and he got another great reliable car, his previous car tapped out at 340k miles and never gave him trouble (he bought it from the car store). My mother shared with me that she was able to finance the down payment on her car years ago which really helped. I traded in my old car yesterday and was able to get a very nice price for it, which paid my down payment and then some. We were given multiple financing options and a warranty. Grant was super nice and walked us through every step, without making us feel like we were being interrogated etc. We had our kids with us and he got some cartoons on the TV for them and we were actually able to do everything that day.
