Absolutely horrible customer service! I left there feeling like I was inconveniencing him and a nuisance. Not only was he rude and very unhelpful but he also told me he didnât have time to build an ottoman for our living room that we had previously talked with him about! I told him that we were not in any rush to get it done so if he was backed up right now that was completely fine! Even if it was a year before the ottoman was finished it wouldnât be a problem! He clearly did not want our business because he told me once again that he just didnât know if he had the time! My fiancĂ© and I knew it would be a big job and were willing to pay whatever price he asked and we made that very clear. It was a big job and assumed it would cost us at least $1,500. We were also returning clients. We had him reupholster a beautiful red reclining chair. We never tried to haggle the price down and never gave him a time limit on when we wanted the chair done. We were patient and paid whatever he asked. You would think a small business would appreciate returning clients and yet I was treated with absolute disrespect and neglect! I also asked if he was able to put a zipper back on a travel bag and once again he didnât let me finish the sentence, he cut me off and told me, âNo I canât, my machine wonât fit in that small of a space.â Then I asked him if he could give me a recommendation of anyone in the area that might be able to help me out...and again before I was even done speaking he cut me off and abruptly said no!! I am a small business owner myself and Iâm absolutely appalled at how I was treated. If I was not able to help one of my returning clients with something they needed I would try my best to refer them out to another local business that could better fit their needs and make sure they felt...

He took us in late on a Friday afternoon a few minutes before he closed to fix some seams on our custom canvas boat cover that came apart on our travel from Colorado to Branson. He also gave me some solid recommendations to ensure the boat and cover would make the second part of the trip to Florida. Their schedule was supper booked and had he had time he would have extended and fixed my cover so that it was more appropriate to transport. Based on his recommendations I got a universal cover from Bass Pro shop that covered the boat with the canvas cover on that made it with no issues to Florida. Great service, knowledge, customer service and affordability. I highly recommend Branson Upholstery and plan to use again in the future (which means I will ship my stuff there instead of finding someone local to me). Thanks Branson Upholstery

   Read moreAbout a year ago, I was serving as a missionary in Branson and we needed some help replacing a seat cover in our car. We bought the seat cover and they were going to install it. Our church happened to be really nearby and so when they said it would take an hour or two, we decided to walk back to our building. The owner happened to see us walking and then the installation was way easier than they thought, it took like 15 minutes, so they took the time to drive the car to our church building, drop it off for us, and decided not to charge us because it had been so easy for them.
