My grandma has always been huge on saying “that’s a God thing.” We we’re headed to the lake, Brian, the boys, my parents, my niece, and myself. My parents were following us and called and said our trailer was smoking. We pulled off “fixed” it and kept going, pulled off in a bank parking lot in highlandville to check. It wasn’t fixed. A gentleman by the name of Larry Milsap got out of his truck and tried helping. He just so happened to be meeting Bill owner of JWM trailers in that same parking lot. Bill was headed to marshfield to help another customer and was on a time crunch. When he realized our bearings were completely shot, he immediately grabbed the parts out of his truck and started fixing our trailer. Said he couldn’t leave us hanging. He was late to his originally planned appointment. Larry stayed with us the entire time. We talked small, we talked church, we talked jobs. All while Bill worked on our trailer on hot asphalt not complaining once. Told us to go enjoy our day on the lake, drop the boat and trailer off so he could finish it and sent us on our way. Y’all, coincidence, right timing, A GOD THING. These two gentlemen saved the day. I will forever recommend JWM trailers. Larry and Bill, you’ve truly touched our hearts today.

I wish there were more people like Bill in this world! Iam very lucky to have car trouble and be near JWM and Bill. I was first refered to Bill 3 years ago while on vacation at TRL. A strut spring snapped while we were leaving to go home to STL. Karen and Steve, the Hideaway resort owners put us up for the extra night (thank you!) and helped us get our truck to Bill. Knowing the urgency of us needing to get back home to our jobs, Bill fixed our truck and got us on the road the next day! (It was a holiday, everyone was closed) Believe me between my own experience and seeing him interact with other customers while I was waiting, you will not find a more honest, caring and knowledgeable mechanic! 3 years later and we again had car trouble while on vacation... Bill was the only person I thought of and would trust to get me fixed right so I could get me and my family back home safely. Over the next couple of days he helped diagnose and fix all the possible issues I was having. There were a few... We are now home save and on time! I was heading from Branson to St. Louis and my hub on my trailer went out. I stopped at multiple places before I was told to try Jwm, I pulled in there and was greeted by many employees and they were all nice. They came out and took a look at my odd trailer hub and knew exactly what it was! Knowing I was in a hurry they had me pull my trailer into the shop and immediately got to work, within the hour I was all fixed up and back on my way home!
