Ordered a starter disconnect part prior to Thanksgiving. Said we had to pay prior to getting it so paid for it then. Received notice it was sopose to had shipped prior to Christmas. As of today's date we still have no part. We call everyday and get same answer. They are checking into it. Now they keep saying someone will call me back and 5 days and no call from them. Now they won't even speak to me. They will only let me leave message. Won't let me talk to anyone. Poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. Will take your money but not help...
