I gave this rating because I was really looking forward to taking my 5 year old granddaughter bowling for her very first time and you wanna talk about excited,she couldn’t even sit still. My fiancé and I both called a ridiculous amount of times just checking to see if this particular evening was okay for me to take her,we live about an hour away. Finally we decided we would google it and nowhere did it say it was league night or that there was any reason we wouldn’t be able to bowl. So we got ourselves ready to go only to find out when we arrived that it was league night and we would not be able to bowl needless to say my granddaughter was disappointed and I felt like I personally let her down. We had an absolute blast today for our son’s birthday. We are so appreciative of how accommodating you all were. We had a group of all ages and you guys all went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. We were all so full of great food and had such a great time. It's so nice not having to go to Branson to find some good family fun. Great quality and value across the board. Way more affordable than family activities in Branson. All the workers are nice and welcoming. We enjoy bowling, the arcade, and yummy foods they offer. The kids and I love how there's a DJ/electronic jukebox too. The equipment is all new. Additionally there are a couple vending machines and a party room available. They have specials certain days and glow in the dark bowling on Friday...
