I purchased my home in 2016, and the first thing I wanted to do was change the locks and install deadbolts. Braselton Safe appeared to have solid online reviews, so I chose them.
I'm writing this review mainly because I am of the belief that the company is run by an honorable individual - Al Dina.
One of the three locks installed by their tech had an issue two years after the installation. I am not an expert in this area, so I wasn't sure if this was mainly due to the manufacturer of the lock, or the install itself. There is no perfect company, and sometimes things go wrong. What matters most to me is how the company handles these issues, and in this case, even though I was quite abrasive at times on the phone, Al still did the honorable thing and helped me to resolve the issue.
I feel confident recommending this...

When I asked what they'd charge to cut a spare safe key, they replied with $45/key. That's right, youre not going crazy- FORTY FIVE DOLLARS, even if I drove out to their location and handed them the key that I needed to have cut! That's insane. Theres a guy in Atlanta who works with safes, who quoted me $10/key- so I will absolutely be using him...
