Little Mulberry Park Equestrian Parking — Local services in Braselton

Great place to ride in Gwinnett County. There are some rocky places, most of the trail is trottable, and it has good hills. There's a neat meadow where you can gallop if there are no people. Most dog walkers are considerate and have their dogs on leashes but, of course, there are always the people who don't have to follow the rules because they have a good dog. Hikers and dog walkers frequently block equestrian parking, but most days there is plenty of room for a truck and trailer even if you do have to park between cars. Easy turn around with no backing. Water access with a faucet in the parking lot and some small streams...

I've been coming to Little Mulberry for almost a decade and sometimes I still look at the lake in awe. This park is something special. The equestrian parking is normally reserved for trucks pulling horse trailers, but during the covid19 pandemic I have been parking here in the grass to avoid the droves of people parking at hog mountain. Always give the best parking to people with horses and there won't be any issues at this side...

Love this park, this is one of the few parking lots here. It happens to be the closest to the hill which is a great feature. Although it technically is for equestrian parking only. Hopefully they add a section for regular...
