Customer service is excellent. I ordered a dresser and paid for the delivery fee but a few days later changed my mind. The store said they received it so there would be a 20% restock fee- which I understand. When she told me the amount to be returned, it was more than 20%. I asked why so much and she said they take 20% of the total amount, including the delivery fee. She told me it was on a large truck that just came in. If it was just delivered to the store the same day, I’m not sure why they didn’t take the 20% off the product only and give me back my $149 delivery fee and tax. The lady told me something about the dresser being handled so I had to pay the delivery fee. Again, I’m fine with the restocking fee but I should have received my delivery fee back.

I’m happy to say that I actually found everything that I needed at Cozy’s and was able to go right back home! Their selection is amazing! I furnished my entire living room, breakfast nook, and bar area! I am getting ready to make another move now and stopped by Cozy’s again today. Still the same friendly and helpful owners and an amazing selection along with great quality and prices. I think I’m going to purchase all of my furniture with them again even though I will have to move it to TN! I went to purchase a recliner aprill 11 and they didn't have one for me to purchase so the sales lady assured me that this one was very comfortable so I ordered it. It is not comfortable so I called to exchange it or return it and was told they don't take things back because of covid. They said it's on the receipt but didn't tell me at the time of purchase or I wouldn't have bought it because they didn't have one for me to try.
