My husband and I pull freight for ULINE, typically from Pleasant Prairie... We love this lane, it's easy, typically light, and as a team we can get it here pretty quickly. The facilities are both spotless! And everyone that works here is friendly above and beyond what we typically see. My only area of concern is when dropping a trailer. According to the paperwork, we're given directions on "Deliver to Dock #" in this instance, between "169-179" So as we pull thru, the only available doors are 177-179. I go inside to check in, (and use the facility) while my husband docks the trailer. Standing at the counter, one receiver tells me I need to go around to the other side, another receiver tells me to put it into 172! But there's already a trailer in 172! We love the efficiency ULINE brings to the table... but, I could lose 30 min easy between driving around back, being told a wrong dock#, returning to say "that dock has a trailer already" given another dock, unknowingly.... As you can see, it can get tangled quickly. PLEASE, can we stick to the directions as given (if their wrong, communicate that with the shipper) let us dock the trailer per instructions so we can keep this...

I am a small budding business and usually have to wait days to get containers and supplies for my elderberry syrup, homemade extracts, shampoo bars and other hand crafted items. I have been searching for months for 99% isopropyl alcohol (that I use to clean containers and surfaces) with no success so I am very happy to finally have some. Also found some smaller glass jars that are getting harder and harder to find. Shipping is a little steep, but not unreasonable considering how quickly they deliver. You can pick up at the warehouse the same day if you get a $300 minimum. That is a huge plus for me and what I did today. After just a little confusion at first over the pick up process, they were very prompt and courteous. I feel that they will have excellent customer service should I ever need it in the future. It is so bazaar when I find companies that have great customer service. It is almost impossible to find to be honest. I would highly recommend uline. I called at 5:30 EST and placed my order and will receive it tomorrow.
