Grassmyer’s Warehouse — Local services in Bratton Township

My uncle’s estate sale was just last week. Extremely disappointed with the location, time and day of the auction. Mr. grassmyer was rude to his staff. He sold things for next to nothing. The crowd was poor, auction was poorly attended. But, I wouldn’t expect much on a Thursday afternoon at 4:30 pm. They made no attempt to keep the prices at a reasonable amount. They sold things for next to nothing. It was very disorganized. I left the auction at 9:30 pm, barely anyone left and they hadn’t even started bidding the large furniture items. Would not recommend this gentleman to anyone. I would have expected the auction to be more advertised and held on a Saturday in hopes of attracting a larger crowd. Extremely disappointed. He was appointed by the bank, we did not select his services. Heard negative things about this company and they held true.
