Friendly owners, nice property. They could probably be a bit more picky about who they rent the location to. Some poison ivy infestation near the concert barn so be careful if you are attending. The green room is above average, and is adjacent to an indoor venue which has a stage and a bar area, however, the only alcohol on site is what the event brings along. Same goes for food and drinks.

All things considered, it is a decent location, with reasonable amenities...

I don't know much about this business except they have no respect for the community they are in. Loud base music pulsing at all hours of the night so loud that you can't sleep and get a headache....And I'm not talking right next door either. Up to a couple of miles away it's so loud that I can't imagine the damage being done to the ears of people actually at the studio.There's a reason people live in the country.... And these...
