We were given this place through American Home Shield. They have been nothing but courteous on the phone, but the person they continue to send out to our house has no clue what he is doing.
Kirk has been to our house about 3-4 times now over the past month and does not appear to have the capability to run or possibly understand how to run a diagnostic test on the dishwasher.
He has replaced 3 items as of now, has taken over a month to get the parts and then spends about 15 mins and looks flabbergasted that nothing has worked. He then looks at it and then says to order another part.
Company has not been able to send anyone else out, continues to waste our time, American Home Shield's, and likely should not have Kirk working for them as he clearly has not clue what he is doing. We have been without a dishwasher for over a month now and this is not how things are supposed to be handled.
Very Dissatisfied with the lack of service.

After the owner's review this is my response to him.
We have not no showed to any appointments. I have texts from one of your employees as well showing that we could not make the appointments scheduled as no one was home. So that is in fact a lie.
I have requested much of this to be expedited and while I understand that you have to give a diagnosis code, I have been informed by AHS that you do not always give them the diagnosis code the same day which has been problematic for them to get the part.
As for the timeline, I was informed by your worker that you all do not come after hours which is reasonable, but when someone is having an issue which you yourself agree is complicated, one would think that someone would be attempting to correct the issue, not go off hunting instead.
My apologies that the rating is not up to par, but neither has been the service.

Mike came out to check and found the problem was the motor that operated that part of the ice making/dispensing. He promptly ordered the part, got 'one' in about a week, came right out and OOPS, my fridge, being kinda old, needed a different one than the supplier sent. No biggie for us but Mike was right on it, took a picture, did all that needed to be done to get the correct part. He came right out, as soon as he received it, and our ice dispenser is working like a brand new one. Yes, there was some delay, not due to any fault of the service of Appliances & More or Mike. In the end, all that mattered to us, and to Mike, was that we got our service back. Everyone runs into a snag now and then, but Mike worked right on with what needed to be done, smiles all the way and got us going. Read moreHad a service call performed by Appliances and More of Granbury for a home warranty company in 2020. Their office staff were very polite and expedient in scheduling the service call. The technician was very polite and well versed as he explained in detail what he was doing as he was doing it and solved the issue very expediently. The service technician found the issue to be parts that were left unattached by a previous contractor(not an A&M technician) to be the root of the issue(various screws for mounting and those that held cosmetic and noise canceling items in place properly). Once the issue was resolved the technician then attached these components properly thus leaving the unit running and looking far better then it did when he arrived(it is also far quieter).
