We subleased a condo at the resort last winter for our ski trip. The location was easy to find and was close to shops and restaurants in the area. They have done a great job of dividing the mountain into 3 basic groups: beginner/intermediate (West), intermediate/advanced (Middle), and advanced (East, Back, and far out) and I think that really helps with congestion and safety. It can get wicked busy, some of the exit runs can get skied off and crusty, and when they have races you can get stuck on a set of blacks when you meant to do blues but overall I was very impressed with how they've handled...
