I ordered a Hustler XDX from Brent in March of 2021. When I placed the order Brent estimated it would arrive in two weeks and offered the use of a loaner mower. At the time I did not need it, so I declined. However, the lead time on the new mower went from two weeks to unknown due to issues at the Hustler plant and I needed a mower. Brent made good on his offer of a loaner mower. I said that I was satisfied with a used mower, but he gave me another brand new mower (Raptor XD) off of the lot.
