EXTREMELY satisfied with the first experience I had at K&J service center! To preface, I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealer - some dealers treat you differently if you didn’t purchase from them - this dealer did NOT!! My vehicle literally overheated and shut down on the way from Lebanon to here but it didn’t matter to them that I was late or that I didn’t even have an appointment in the first place. I called everywhere and some could get me in but would be a few days for them to try and “look” at the issue and who knows how long until it would be fixed. K&J took me right away and even provided me a loaner vehicle which was so very appreciated. Within an hour of my arrival late on a Monday morning, they had a diagnosis and quickly began the fix. I was communicated with all throughout the day and by the following morning, they had it completely fixed with a new part installed, and even offered to rotate my tires and do an oil change! My Durango is back to running smoothly - all of this was fixed in 24 hours!! Logan is AWESOME and Stephanie and the others were super nice as well! They all take great care of you which was so appreciated in such a stressful situation for me!! They are extremely knowledgeable, flexible, and honest with what was needed. While test driving a vehicle similar to one I have previously owned with Karson, something didn't seem quite right. When we got back to the dealership from the test drive, Karson talked to Tony about it and Tony took me for a drive in the vehicle. He knew his stuff and helped explain some of what I identified as different from the ride in the vehicle I previously owned. After that we were able to drive a newer model of the same vehicle and talk through some of what we experienced in the other vehicle.
At the end of the day Tony told me, "I don't want you to buy something that you don't feel comfortable in." He could tell how I was feeling and wanted to make sure that we walked away from K&J with a positive experience. When I explained this to my wife we were sad that they didn't have the vehicle we were looking for because I absolutely would have loved to give them my business.

While making the appointment I asked if it would be covered by the warranty I paid for and was told it should be but they would have to see what was wrong first. I asked if I'd be charged for that which I was told no. While waiting an older gentleman came in inquiring about the price of a couple trucks. After the man left the sales associate went into another office and was talking poorly of the older man While all the customers waiting could hear. He then made a phone call to someone else and continued to talk poorly about the man. Very unprofessional and made it very uncomfortable to continue to wait. After almost an hour we go see what the wait was and inquired if I had to bring it there in the future as I have no intentions of returning to this dealership. The service department then charged me $50 and told me there was a water bottle under my seat causing the issue. Annoyed as I was told it wouldn't cost to look at it, I paid and we left. The very next day the light came right back on, nothing under the seat. So $50 later I still have the same issue I took it in for. The service department was very nice and professional as was the woman who greeted us as we arrived. But I will not be recommending this...
