Im not one to complain but I was not impressed with the theater with today's experience I had. My family and I went to go see resident evil "final chapter" and were horrible disappointed. The movie was so loud it was deafening! I'm 22 and love loud music and what not but when I think something is too loud then it really must be. I politely went up to the front and asked if they were able to turn it down a little bit so it could be enjoyable. Ten minutes later I still found myself plugging my ears to be able to watch the movie. Then my mother went to front and asked the same question (thinking if it came from multiple people they would understand it was a problem) when she went up there their response was "were working on it" the volume never went lower and I luckily had head phones in my purse that I put in so I could actually watch the movie with out feeling like I was going to go deft. When the movie was over we went to talk to the manager to see if it was actually turned down or not. When we were talking to her she immediately got defensive and unprofessional. Since the manager did not handle her slef in a professional manner we wanted to be compensated. She stated in an unpleasant tone that she would not give us a refund. Finally we were offered three movie passes. Unfortunately I will be regifting these movie passes because I do not want to give them my business again... moral of the story it was a waste of money to watch a movie that was unbearably loud. I should not have to spend money to watch movies with head phones in and then be disrespected by a manger that doesn't know how to handle herself with...
Read moreI love the new remodel of the theater. I love how you have the VIP seatings because you can reserve a spot for the new releases and not worry about going there a half hour early to get a good seat. I love how the arm rests go up on every seat so If I want to curl up or if my husband wants to put his arm around me, I don't have that arm rest digging into my side. I love the fact that you fill your own drinks cause then you can control how much ice you want, free refills, and if you want to mix flavors you can do that to your tastes. I miss the ticket booth cause it was unique but I love how you can purchase your tickets and yummies at the same time so you are not waiting in line twice to get both which takes up more time the old way. I miss all of the games and cool stuff which were fun but the arcade thing is going out of style so I understand. The prices are alittle high but all around an awesome place to be and I love coming for the new releases. I do wish they would monitor what commericals they put on what movies. I do not think my children need to see abortion or drug commercials with the fact they are...
Read moreThe renovation is fair open concept nothing impressive modern looking, very plain organic. Bathroom was overkill on bleach, what are you trying to hide? Seriously! Segregated theater seating You should have made them all Vip seating and just raised the price a few it would have been a better idea. removing seats to make some feel SPECIAL. What were you thinking in design? Now you're sitting over half the room closer to the screen being blasted by over loud sound. The Movie Star Wars was playing next to our movie, their sub woofer was too strong it was vibrating in our movie making it hard to hear at times. Really had a bad time. Really didn't put much into the thought of the renovation. not a lot of bang for your buck but you be happy with a cheap design. You really made my experience bad. Won't go to your theater any time soon rather sit at home and watch it then the time I had at your theater. seg·re·ga·tion noun the action or state of setting someone or something apart from other people or things or being set apart. Why? I had to give it one star...
