I went to this place for the first time yesterday and they’re located near my rental property i ordered the 5 wing special and a jerk nacho plus jerk alfredo buffalo rolls now i went here for my lunch break since my supervisor like it so much and after arriving they made me aware after spending $50 on food that they were out of what i ordered for myself and then told me they would give me the philly rolls instead i agreeed to that and after waiting an additional 15 minutes they told me they were out of them too of course im disgusted now because the gentleman told me that they had enough to make another order n then later i found out nothing was to my avail now i used my debit card n they had already charged me i couldn’t receive my money back for my food until two or three days later that alone pissed me off n to think i was trying to support a black business i will never visit here again n never recommend it to anyone else so if u decided to go be sure they check to make sure they got what u want before you pay for it unless u want this same problem i will go down the street to the arabs n buy from them at least there is never a...

I was super excited for this place All of the pictures on their website looked amazing. I tried to place an order online but kept getting an error saying they were closed. I called to see if they were open into my surprise they were. I tried to explain to the lady that answered the phone but I tried to place an order online but their website wasn't working properly. She responded in a very rude tone with words to the effect of "clearly we're open I just answered the phone didn't I”. I responded and told her I was just trying to let them know about their website from a user experience. Finally I told her I was no longer interested in placing order because of the service I had received over the phone. The young lady at the cash register had a beautiful personality she was so friendly and polite in person and over the phone. I was undecided between the turkey tips and grilled wings she recommended the grill wings. The wings were made to order so they were fresh off the grill. I dont write reviews but the wings asparagus and broccoli were TOP NOTCH !! Everything tasted great I was very satisfied. I actually called to thank the chef, I thought he deserved to know how good his food was and his TALENT is APPRECIATED.
