These are my absolute favorite doctors and staff !!! For reference I’m extremely critical over most healthcare providers because most the time they don’t listen and treat you like you’re stupid. That is NOT the case here. They listen, they really listen. They look for the root of problems instead of just treating symptoms. I actually trust these people with my life. Tiffany I who I normally see and she has solved so many of my medical mysterious that no one else cared to figure out. She is very through and personable her bedside manner is elite. I just saw Sebastian for the first time today and he always saw 2 of my kids (3 years, 9 months) he did such an incredible job with them. A lot of times doctors get frustrated with kids but he didn’t at all he was so nice. All the receptionist are kind and all of the nurses are as well! Even the phlebotomist is incredible, I have very very difficult veins most the time I have to be stuck several times and they call in multiple people to try, however the phlebotomist here gets me the first time every time and I barley feel it. This place used to be great, but not anymore, first Dr. Morin retires, now Dr. Engelbrecht leaves abrubtly. Dr. Engelbrecht was absolutely (Tiffanie and Tim are great as well) wonderful, he would listen to his patients and give you the time of day you deserved. Our family has been going to them for 15+ years, back when they were at the old location.

Now that the temporary "Dr." Wizner (who only shows up one day out of the week) seems to be running things this place is going downhill fast, from raising his voice at other patients so loudly that you can hear him well outside of the room they're in, to completely ignoring the patient's concerns all together.This has been the worst experience and "doctor" we've ever dealt with. Appalling, unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. What a horrible little man.

I hope this place gets an actual doctor soon and isn't left with this embarrassing, poor excuse for a doctor that seems to be on some sort of a power trip, otherwise I wouldn't be surprised if it closed down. Either way we will not be seeing him again, even as a...

I have seen NP Tiffanie Turner several times now, and she is absolutely the most attentive and thorough medical professional I have seen in the last 10 years. She is kind and understanding, as well as knowledgeable and skilled. Having been diagnosed with a chronic illness since 2010, I have been to my fair share of medical appointments, but I haven't felt as truly heard and taken seriously at a medical appointment as I did with her in years.
