I just want to express my sincere gratitude for your company. My husband and I made FIVE stops before coming into your store and you were the FIRST store who had someone who was not only knowledgeable but also greeted us with a smile and treated us like it was his pleasure to help us find what we wanted. Chuck was our salesman.

The reason we didn't get from other stores was 1) the sales people at the other stores acted like we were a bother and didn't want to talk to us. 2) the other stores were under stocked and didn't have what we were looking for. 3) if the store had a friendly salesperson, they were WAY over priced 4) if the store had a friendly salesperson with what we wanted, they couldn't deliver it in our time frame we were seeking.

BECAUSE your store had a friendly salesperson, reasonable prices, furniture in stock that could be delivered within our time frame, we even bought furniture for an extra room!! totalling 3 rooms that ALL got new furniture from your store!

When the delivery guys came (Dalton and his assistant) They were very professional and mannerly. They really did a thorough job of placing the furniture with care and setting it up in each room!

I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about your business etiquette and advice them to just save time, money and avoid frustration by visiting your store FIRST!

Ordered a mattress a bed and a nightstand they brought out the bed didn’t tell us the nightstand wasn’t coming. Gave us a delivery date again canceled. Scheduled another delivery date didn’t show didn’t call yall deal with them at your own risk cause I’m done! Also ordered bedroom furniture for Moore’s furniture and had no problem! great quality! great delivery! no delivery fee. I was charged $120 for delivery and told that I was getting that at at a lower price than everyone else by Melissa and I even hushed my husband up when he started to argue the fee! then found out that that wasn’t true! That everyone’s charged $120 and we weren’t getting a discount!Also we were going to show them that the mattress we purchased is like “smooshed” like something heavy has been sitting on top for a long time? But can’t show ppl who don’t show up when they say they will ! Just over it! I needed all my furniture on time for a house warming party so thanks a lot! Come pick this stuff up we want our $$$ back so I can go get...

We absolutely love shopping in this store! The staff is always incredibly friendly, not pushy at all, but extremely helpful and their prices for quality furnishings is unbeatable. I purchased a console from them last August that was absolutely stunning from Melissa. Today I went back into the store to look for an exact replacement as it was damaged when we had a pipe burst in our home. Beverly went out of her way to track me down another one, even though they didn't have it in stock. I am so grateful, as it was one of my favorite pieces of furniture in my home and I didn't want to have to settle for something else.
