*Edit: We are waiting to hear about a service call. The repair man arrived without notice and no one was home. When I called the store, the customer service represenative insisted they called. We have called the repair man and the store since then and heard nothing more. Our information is taken and everyone is very polite, but there is no followup. I was excited about the quick service, that we didn't know about, and now I wait eagerly for a phone call. They seem knowledgeable of our stove . Would love to support local.

So far so good. I called this past week about a part repair and service call. The woman that answered the phone was very pleasant and patient.

SO so so pleased with working with this company. They recently came to set up my place with a stove in SW Michigan. The owner of the company came personally with a helper. Both could not have been more pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and kind. They also banged it out with no issue, consulted me on any hand ups and let my home spotless. This is EXACTLY what you think you are buying when you work with a small family owned business. HIGHLY recommend. I only wish I had MORE homes to have them...

My review would be zero stars if I could do that. My wife and I visited the store approximately 1 month ago to set up an appointment for an estimate on having a free standing fireplace removed and replaced with a wood stove. All of our contact information was left; however, we still have not received a callback from Ernie to set up that appointment.
