You think vic has a story, boy I have one. It's not Verizon lying and stealing its Russell Cellular. Tim Bates is a coward. He scams the elderly. Overcharged 3600$ in over a 17 month period. Finally called fraud myself. And he could have fixed the problem his sales reps created. They charged 600$ for a device we already owned and financed it, added a bogo and two lines in order to upgrade a phone on the account, didn't tell him this was how they were doing it when one call to Assurion would have fixed it. When you don't let him call customer service or fraud people actually figure things out. He claims to be a former officer he claims sciatica employee's answer and are rude and hang up, he raised a bill from 353$ a month to astronomical numbers with so many promises to fix it and oh wait three weeks me back swears he made fraud reports that never existed. Thats just a start. Carrollton is highly recommended and owned and operated by Verizon and not a private owned...

All personnel at Russell location went beyond normal customer service with me. I had an older Samsung S5 and upgraded to a newer Apple SE.. Chantel located new phone and color at Carrollton store. I left store but She called me later to let me know my phone was at Bremen Store, Then upon my return. Maloree and Daniel picked up the baton and completed my order with a big assist by Phoebe, DSM. However Maloree spent a considerable amount of Her valuable time with me to help switch my old to new phones. Before I left store She also upgraded my Verizon monthly plan to Unlimited data from a 10 giga plan. A short training session was provided by Daniel who definitely knew his way around my New Apple SE cell phone. Overall I would give the Customer service by Maloree and others a Five Star rating. And if I need help in future, I know which store and Who to ask for...

Quite literally the most unhelpful customer service i have ever experienced. i had ordered a phone online from verizon and went through several difficulties which led to my order being canceled because i couldn’t provide a mortgage receipt for proof of address and they apparently couldn’t accept a car payment receipt. i went to this store to try and figure it out and the man i talked to was the rudest most unhelpful person ive ever dealt with. he told me my purchase was marked as fraud for whatever reason and couldn’t give me a single detail as to why. he couldn’t tell me how to fix it, why it was marked as fraud, how to go about getting it fixed, who to call, nothing. entirely useless. i will never come back to this store, and i don’t recommend...
