Overall we are extremely impressed with the customer service experience end to end on this renal! The U-Haul team members we interacted with were exceptional! To start, Jasmine proactively called us approximately 24 hrs. in advance to confirm the reservation details were accurate and made us feel at ease knowing our equipment was already at the pickup location and ready to go for our pick up day. The day of pick up we met Charles and he was incredible! Charles was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and his help with everything greatly reduced stress with renting. Thank you Charles! At the drop off we were greeted at the gate by another friendly member of the U-Haul team and promptly directed us to the drop off area. Regrettably I didn't catch her name because she was so efficient we didn't have time to ask! We then dropped of the equipment with Rich, who was friendly and fast with the drop off process. This has been our best U-Haul experience ever. Whatever y'all are doing at these locations don't stop! Great people,10/10 customer experience, Thank you for making our rental as stress-free...

This particular facility is smaller than the previous we've visited in the past. I can assure you this observation had absolutely no bearing on the experience we had in which we considered to be quite delightful. The staff is well knowledgeable about the products, rental equipment and services offered. The energy is kind. The smiles are warm and inviting. We were assisted by Stacey and 2 other employees that remained close and ready to provide us with anything we might need to help our efforts in completing our moving and storage tasks. They met us with respect, witty humor and professionalism. I found it genuine. A business most successfully run that caters to the customer during such a sensitive and vulnerable time of picking, packing and storing the items you need with confidence and security. A+ to the team over there. It says "U-Haul" on the sign.....but its more like "U-Rock!" I would ask for Stacey...that is...if she hasnt already...

Stacey is a wonderful, smart, personal, and always friendly manager when i see her when I’m there reorganizing my storage unit and taking or adding to my life (unit) 😂 (and she’s easy on the eyes 👀 also). (Just saying)...☺️ . The Brentwood moving and storage uhaul facility in New Hampshire is a well oiled machine and all her staff our always happy and always ask if i need any assistance? Stacey is always walking around doing her duties and I’m sure stacey’s work ethic trickles down to all her staff which is very easy to see!!! She has in my opinion mastered the art of a successful and valuable manager for uhaul and has all the best quality’s for a higher leadership position within uhaul if she wished? I would put on the the record now that she has my vote 🗳 if nominated for a larger roll within uhaul.‼️ (Just saying again as we do up here in NH)..👍. Keep up the good work Stacey... you and your staff are well...
