Cape Cod Chef on Call — Local services in Brewster

Planning an event from out of state isn't for the faint of heart. Our group of life-long friends, including spouses, gathered together to celebrate the year of 50th birthdays. From Florida, I researched and got quotes from 5 different, highly-rated caterers in the Cape Cod area, and couldn't be happier with choosing CCCoC. Betsy made the planning process easy, even though I felt like I wasn't particularly easy (creating our own menu with dietary restrictions and a few changes and tweaks along the way).

Day of the event, Laurie, Chef Tim, and Annie were simply AMAZING. They came right into our rental property like they've been there before (which they hadn't) and made magic. Peeking in or walking through their work space to grab something, we were met with great vibes and huge smiles. We didn't lift a finger until it was time to eat, and ate we did!!

Appetizers were set-up in a side room, the buffet in the dining room, and the dinner table outside under the stars and twinkle lights. They surrounded us with such wonderful energy, sang and served cake (from a local bakery), and even snapped a few great group pics for us. To top it all off, when we came inside after dinner, the kitchen was IMMACULATE, and the leftovers were all packed up and put away in the fridge! Highly recommended!! I hired Cape Cod Chef on Call to do a clam bake for a dinner one night on a bachelorette’s weekend. There were sixteen of us in total. Letecia Rose “TT” was our chef for the evening and she was perfect—so friendly and accommodating. The food was outstanding, we all had plenty to eat and the evening overall was just a ton of fun. It was such a fitting feast for a weekend on the cape! The only downside was that planning was a bit challenging with a lot of back of forth with a few different people initially. I had actually read a review about this being an issue for someone else but they said to hang in and be patient. I did and I’m glad I did! Eventually, all the details were in place and the night went off without a hitch. Just something to keep in mind because again, I highly recommend...

I coordinated 2 parties with Betsy for back to back Saturdays for my wife’s 70 birthday. First was for 24 family members including 3 small grandchildren. The second Week was for 35 Cape Cod friends. We picked the menu and the food was great. I should note my wife has celiac disease and they prepared and served working around that allergy. Clear your kitchen of all the clutter and let them come in with everything. Food was great and so was service. We had passed appetizers and great buffet. During the preparation, serving and cleaning you hardly notice they are there-just enjoy your company. Staff helped serve the cake. When they leave, everything is gone and clean.
