If you are considering any work related to your audio/visual system in your home, Audio Visual Experts is definitely the "go to" company. They installed a new audio/visual system throughout our home that is incredible The sound quality is "theater like" and we are more than pleased with the work they performed. They also rewired/updated our television, sound system, installed a blue ray, and connected our Wii all of which were in total disarray.

Not knowing what hardware we needed in terms of an audio system, James offered a number of options and recommendations and their associated costs. He did not attempt to overselll his products as some other companies do. He developed a proposal that fit our needs and was reasonably priced. The installation was done in quick order and you would never know they were here - no cleanup of any kind was required. In terms of follow up, several months after the installation our universal remote stopped working for some reason and within a day Matt was back at our house with a new remote. Bottom line, they know what they are doing and they know the meaning of customer service and provide it without hesitation.

Could not be happier with the job James and team did at our beach house. This included mounting an outdoor TV plus soundbar, an indoor TV plus soundbar, six Ubiquiti cameras, three access points, numerous CAT drops around the house, and homeruns back to my rack w/ Ubiquiti hardware. I spent my career in tech, so I'm very particular about this stuff and took a long time searching for someone I trusted. James and team were exactly that. From my very first contact I noticed something a bit unusual: James is extraordinarily responsive to all communications and this alone made me feel I was in good hands.
