Mighty Bright Technologies — Local services in Bridgeport

I got my fiancé the Xbox series X when it first came out a few years ago for $800. Recently, it stopped working and so he took it to mighty bright. He was told it would take time to get the part(s) needed to fix the gaming system. My fiancé told them to take as much time as they needed and that he was not in a rush. He never received another attempt of communication or update from them again. After a few months, my fiancé called Mighty Bright to check on the status of the Xbox and if the necessary parts had been ordered. They told my fiancé that they GAVE AWAY his Xbox to be recycled with no warning or communication that this was going to happen. My fiancé had no call , email or text history of attempted communication from this company. The person on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. They should keep a communication log as well as charge a late fee or give some sort of notice for that rather than giving people’s items away unannounced! We live a mile down the road and would have gladly picked it up and taken it somewhere else if they could not retrieve the correct parts. Now this special gift that I got for him is gone and he received nothing in return. I’m sure the company made money or used the parts for other things. Would not recommend them to anyone!

"Mighty Bright performs magic!" That's how the title of this review should read. I had bought some LED headlights for my Jeep and was installing them, when one of the electrical wires came out of the motherboard. This was on a Saturday, and I was leaving for Ohio the next morning. I looked everywhere for someone to help me solder the wire back to the board. I even bought a soldering gun, and the wrong solder, but it was all I could find in this area. I called Mighty Bright, and Walter answered. I told him my dilemma and mentioned that I knew they were closed and if he could recommend anything. He simply said bring it in. It took me an hour and 15 minutes to get there, but when I did I knew that I was in the right place for a professional electronic repair.

Walter has the right equipment, and the knowledge to repair something that was completely beyond what I thought was repairable. It wasn't long and I had a working headlight. I can't recommend Mighty Bright enough. We chatted about data, Wi-Fi signal, 5G, and mimo antennas. Walter and crew are leaps ahead of everyone else in this area. I choose to take my computer to Mighty Bright Technologies because he has worked on a previous computer before and I knew that his work was above and beyond what anyone else could do for me. My computer was telling me that my storage was full, I have only had it for six months. We sat for three hours working and trying different ways to get it to work. The computer work not let us reset to factory settings and we tried two times. Finally he was able to get it to reset and my computer it working faster than before. I can not say enough praise about how much time and effort he puts in to working on your computer or anything else that you bring to him.
