I-78 West Scenic Lookout — Local services in Bridgewater Township

First time visiting New Jersey and randomly stopped while traveling from airport to hotel as the sun was setting. I was surprised to see such a large parking lot for an overlook and even more surprised to see a decent number of cars occupying it. I parked a couple spots away from a guy standing outside his car and as i began capturing sunset photos i saw him approaching from my periphery. Good place for a quick rest stop. Just rest, there are no facilities. The view is unremarkable. I've stopped here during every season and my feeling is the same. The best is in the fall when the landscape is changing and the colors add a slight appeal. Again been driving for a while, need to stand, stretch, smoke, by all means.
