Mt Crawford Creamery — Local services in Bridgewater

We love the milk and ice cream mix from here however, the customer service in the store is very poor. I called prior to visiting the store to check on ice cream mix, the lady wasn't friendly on the phone but then a gentleman spoke up and he was very kind and told me they had mixed I just needed to come in and ask for it. At the store we asked for the mix and the lady was very rude, stating that we needed to call ahead in the week and can't we read the sign that they have posted. We explained that we did call today and she responded with oh, well there's one more on the shelf. During check out when purchasing the ice cream mix and some milk she again made another comment about how much the ice cream mix could've been sold for today. I understand that it's most likely been a busy weekend given the holiday however, there is no reason to be rude to customers. It will unfortunately be a while before we return...

I'm giving you a 5 star review but I'm also going to give you a vital piece of business advice. I'm a professional consultant and your Mt. Crawford Creamery sign is one of the very worst signs I've ever come across in 25 years of consulting. It's a white sign with baby blue lettering. Unbelievably awful. It's unreadable unless your within 50 feet. It's the same color as the sky. A sign that size should be readable from 250-300 feet away with correct letter and background coloring. Just my free two-cents, but your business would increase 100% or more with a decent sign. As is, that sign is bringing in...

I have been buying their product for quite some time and love the product, but will not be buying from them again . A sales person at the creamery was very rude and actually obnoxious to me when I came in to buy some product. I know sometimes people have bad days , but this was uncalled for. I have expressed this to my friends and family who buy their product and they are themselves refraining from buying their product again. All good things must come to an end , just sad that a person working there...
