Peterson's Farm — Local services in Bridgewater

Before I go to the local supermarket I go to this farm stand. All the fruit and veg are fresh and locally grown. Most of it by Peterson. The eggs are a favorite, farm fresh and 3.50 a dozen. A STEAL as compared to organic eggs in supermarket. Strawberries and blueberries get devoured by my kids. Jellies and jams are excellent. They also sell plants decorative and crop variety. Why would you bother going to a supermarket? Support a local business and support your local community. It comes back around in good ways.

We had an extremely disappointing experience here. The owner completely ignored us from the moment we walked in—no greeting, no acknowledgment, not even a glance in our direction. He was speaking with another man the entire time and made no effort to see if we needed anything. It felt like we were being deliberately overlooked. Whether it was bad service or something worse, like discrimination, the message was clear: we weren’t welcome. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect...

Fresh local grown fruits and veggies! Yummy jams made in Massachusetts. My favorite is the Pina colada jam but there are so many others to choose. Nice garden plants to spruce up your yard, too. Friendly staff. Been shopping here for...
