Hickory BBQ and Grill is incredible! We used them for our 200 person wedding a week ago and we are still getting texts from our guests raving about the food. We ordered the roasted chicken, pulled pork, mac n cheese, and baked potato to serve our guests. The roasted chicken was the best I've ever had. It was well seasoned and cooked perfectly! The pulled pork was literally pulled off the bone right before they served it to our guests and was to die for. The mac n cheese was by far the crowd favorite and the best I've ever had. It was well seasoned and so delicious! The baked potatoes were smoked and delicious the day of the wedding, and even the day after as leftovers. Michelle at Hickory is a dream to work with. She is very responsive and made sure her team had all the info they needed regarding where to park, what door to enter, and how long the food should be served a week in advance so we didn't get any questions the day of our wedding. The folks at Hickory pulled up with their smoker one hour before the reception and set up the food and tables for our guests. We had previously tried their food at their food truck in Michigan and I can promise their catered food is even better than the food truck, which was hard to beat. We are so happy we chose Hickory BBQ for our big day and are now trying to get all of our friends to use Hickory at their weddings so we can eat their food again. Husband and wife operation, Michelle and Dale are on point! I had ordered off one of their Food Trucks and could not believe how good the pulled pork and chicken was. Since that time I have used Hickory Barbeque several times for catering and are my go-to for future catering. Always a crowd pleaser. The pulled pork and chicken is consistently juicy and flavorful, all the sides dishes are as delicious as it could possibly get. My go to for 30 people's (Trust me it feeds more)

Slow Smoked Pulled Pork 6LB Whole pork shoulder, rubbed generously with Daley's Swine Salt and smoked low and slow until the meat pulls away from the shoulder bone, when tender, each shoulder is then shredded by hand.

Used them for the wedding. Now not only was the food amazing and everyone raved about how that was one of their favorite parts, the staff made my wife super happy. This is why. My wife is a celiac. She cannot digest gluten and it is an auto immune disease. It was so hard to find food wedding food that is gluten free. So we talked to Hickory BBQ because we had their food at some other events. Not only did they do gluten free food, they cleaned everything and used new tools to make sure there was no cross contamination. Not only was my wife and I happy with the quality and the service, we were stuffed at our wedding.
