It's hard for me to believe what just happened. I brought in the items I was thinking of selling. I asked if she could tell me what the value would be. I have mainly been a purchasing customer for a very long time. I was starting to look around the store. She kept saying things to me about my items. I told her I wasn't interested in having my items degraded, I just wanted to know their value. She said i'm not doing that. I said I'm trying to walk around the store. You have made multiple statements to tell me how this stuff isn't worth very much. Please just tell me what it's worth.

She became very upset and said she pass and told me I needed to get out immediately. I asked if there was anyone else around then multiple men came out of the back in a threatening manner.

I understand perception is important. The owner should view the video for any questions. I was not threatening. I didn't raise my voice. She was distracting me from shopping to tell me things I didn't need to know. When I asked her to stop, she threw a fit. Watch how she slams my items back on...

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!! this place is terrible i cant believe they call themselves a pawn shop or even better a business in general. they will tell you your stuff is crap but will still offer you very little money for it. it dirty distusting and smells very bad. the guys that work there are rude dirty unpleasant and down out right rude, they will talk to you like your an idiot and talk bad about people after they leave. i have been in there when they offered a lady 60 bucks for a google smart tv and we all know that is way unfair. warning to all women who enter here you will be treated like you are an idiot and that you know nothing about anything. save your gas and your time you would probaly get a better price for your stuff yelling it out in the streets. and yes jamie does create fake accounts to...

CLEARLY the reviewers before me don't understand how pawn shops work. If you expect top dollar, go on craigslist. This shop is amazing! I have never had an issue. They have always giving me above the amount i expected (they don't know that...shhhh) they aren't the most outgoing guys, but they are nice and respectful. I'd go here any day over some others i've been to. When buying from them, they make sure you get what you pay for...and they aren't afraid of giving you a deal as well. as far as the bad reviews go, keep in mind the reviewer ended up selling to uptown...so obviously they aren't bad :) LOVE THEM. I don't know if my name will show up at the top, if not, i AM a real person and my name is Kalie Kamar...just so these wonderful guys don't get some more ridiculous...
