Here Today Adopted Tomorrow Animal Sanctuary — Local services in Brimfield

I understand kittens are very high in demand and lots of people come to see them. The problem with this place is explained below: We drove over an hour to get here and got here an hour before they open (website says they open at 1 pm). Waited in line in the cold for 20 mins to get in with a few other people. A woman comes out and says there was 3 people who arrived at 9am and have first pick at the kittens and told us to not bother coming in if we were there for the kittens. I think this policy of taking names that early should have been advertised and they shouldn't say they open at 1 if they are letting people reserve spots. I wanted to give one star, but on an other hand I called this place before 1pm and person answerd. Even the website says they open at 1pm. Unfortunately I didn't get any help. We had a feral cat who we feed and kept around for 7 months, since the day it appears on our property, because that cat was a hunter. We had less mice and bunnies, so our veggies and flowers garden was happy growing. But this cat got sick and it took us awhile to find this place. When I made a call and explain the problem,they promised to help, it was a week ago. We didn't hear from them since. Sadly cat died, we couldn't help this poor lovely wild cat. We will missed him forever. So was nice to hear about help, give us hope and then just forgot...

I have been lax in offering my review since my interaction with Here Today was in 2015. My mom needed a companion after my dad passed away, living in a large empty house in Springfield. When I brought her in what was described to me as the "cattery", a nice house, well kept house on the property where the cats live. They aren't in cages. My mother was like a kid in there, multiple cats coming to sit with her. It was great. We adopted a cat my mom named "Annie" who stayed with my mom in an assisted living community until my mom passed away. My niece gave her a good home after that. I highly recommend Here Today. They helped give great comfort to my mom and by extension, the rest...
