Dollar General — Local services in Brinkley

Love this store! The employees at this store location in Brinkley, have really stepped up their game!It looks so much better. The store is clean, Isles are clear and well stocked with merchandise priced, and for the most part, in its correct designated location. I would like to mention two standout employees, if I may? Shay and Simone are always working hard and providing great customer service every time I stop in. They are both willing to answer questions that customers have about merchandise or prices. They are both very good at getting customers in and out quickly and efficiently. And, they do it with a smile. I must mention that they are always available to customers, unlike the employees that work in the other Dollar General location here in Brinkley. These two ladies know what customer service is and actually provide it. You don't have to yell out for them multiple times, or walk around and find them when you get ready to check out or have a question! That is a big deal! They are both doing a great job! A young male employee (I believe his name is C.J.) found my cell phone and turned it in to the cashier, Shay, that promptly returned it to me. And she also gave me back an extra $100 bill that I had mistakingly given her when I was paying for my items! She is amazing! Shout out to CJ for his honesty, too. There are other employees at this location that do a really great job t o o. Unfortunately, I don't know their names or I would mention them as well . Keep up the good work. The new manager seems to be killing it! I'm sure our community appreciates...

Worst place I've ever been!! The manager Debbie or Debra was 1st of all very rude!! I only asked why poke holes in the t-shirts to put on security devices. She claims it's from regional. So I called and never got a response!! Avoid this place at all cost. The cashier was super nice but the manager was rude as hell!! There's a Family Dollar next door. Defiantly go there. Service was great and even the manager was nice and helpful....

Why do the clerks at this Dollar General have such disdain for elders. Were they not taught by parents to respect everyone including elders. Since my unfortunate confrontation with the Mgr. I have encountered other elders being treated the same. This is wrong and unacceptable behavior . You would think corporate would...
