HORRIBLE PACKAGING!!! For a Name that prides itself on beautiful dresses that promise to fill your special day with magic. Their packaging is CRAP!! I purchased a bridesmaid dress online, and the whole delivery process was a mess. It was supposed to be delivered through UPS but somewhere along the process, it ended up getting delivered by USPS 4 days late. Upon receiving it, I was immediately DISAPPOINTED. My dress was shoved in a very basic polyethylene bag. The bag isn't even branded. Nothing says David's Bridal anywhere. The dress wasn't even properly folded. When I pulled it out of the bag, all the wrinkles and crinkles made it look like it had been used before. No value displayed in the packaging. I should have expected this. Customer service at the physical location that I went to was terrible. I have purchased formal dresses at different bridal stores, and their packaging elevates the quality of the dress. ordered shoes online x2. when package arrived, shoes were defective. ups would not allow shoes to be returned in same box because david’s bridal submitted a different ticket number for each pair of shoes. Everything was sent back the way I received it. After the return finally processed, they kept $41. i paid shipping on top of the original cost of the shoes originally. item was not as marketed. customer service just said they took that money for shipping. i filed an appeal. it will be another 21 days before i might be able to recover the full cost of both pairs of shoes. what a joke!...
