Heritage Cabinetry & Design — Local services in Bristol Township

We are completely remodeling our kitchen, our floors and a few other rooms as well. I stopped in to look at hood vents, hardware, tile and flooring. We looked at many items and asked for quotes on them. I had not heard in about a week so I followed up with an email. Still never heard back, so I followed up with a call. The person I spoke with said Rosie would call me back.

I think that disconnect was that I thought they were somewhat of a retail store and idk if that upset Rosie that i was just looking to purchase product? If she would have just explained they themselves want to do the remodel, and helped us with design, I would have been happy to work with her. After about a month I moved on and found another company to work with…

suggestion- If you don’t just want to sell product and want to be involved in the design / labor of work…just say so :) I don’t appreciate us wasting each...

I am so happy and would like to thank Rosie and the rest of her team for making our dream come true. The craftsmanship on our project is outstanding along with the attention to detail. In addition, the timing of completing our project was just as we were told. It was greatly appreciated as well the concern of leaving the house picked up after each day of work.
