The Olive Gallery — Local services in Bristol Township

Go to The Twisted Olive in Naperville instead, they have fantastic service!! They give good bread (not just some white bread) to taste the oils with and even sometimes have brownies made with blood orange oil to try! So yummy. Excellent service, we visit there often and now will be exclusively purchasing from them. Never had a service issue once. They also have the Belly points system to earn free bottles of oil after so many purchases!

Back to The Olive Gallery, I have been to both locations, and it's just okay. It's a stark contrast to The Twisted Olive. The people aren't very welcoming, the several times I visited their stores, we were barely acknowledged. They don't have bread available to taste the oils. Who wants to taste olive oil straight up? I asked about it and they said the bread would get old. I just think they're being cheap. If you're paying $17 for a bottle of oil, the least you could do would be provide a tiny bit of bread. I had a bottle of oil for almost a year (couldn't remember how long I had had it, we buy oils from other companies too) that developed some brown stuff and I called the Yorkville location (that's where the owner works) to discuss it. I called three times and never got a return phone call. Spoke to the owner's husband once who wanted ME to CALL BACK to talk to the wife, left two subsequent voicemail messages, then finally the owner picked up the 4th time I called. That is crazy, do you care about your customers? She was clearly familiar with my inquiry already, because she immediately told me my purchase history. She was quick to tell me two of the bottles I purchased were with a Groupon. So that makes me less of a customer? You didn't want customers from your campaign? I'm confused, that's what brought me to your store. She did have record we had purchased other oils without a Groupon. See, that Groupon thing worked, you don't want my repeat business? She didn't offer an apology for not calling me back or for the inconvenience, just stated that the oils last 9-12 months, so apparently mine had just "expired." No offer of a discount for my return visit or anything. Nothing, she wasn't even very nice about it. So there you go, congratulations, I will NEVER patronize your business again. I will tell everyone I know to go to The Twisted Olive in Naperville and will NEVER mention your business name. You had an opportunity to win my repeat business and you failed. Very UNIMPRESSIVE. Great selection of infused oils, unique Balsamic vinegars, gadgets and gifts. I've been enjoying their products for many years after an initial purchase a local farmers market. I like that they have a choice of sized bottles. I usually purchase the 750ml bottles and use the pouring tops they carry.

I went here with a friend and was amazed at all the gourmet oils they have. I never knew the difference and was shocked to see the difference in a good quality oil.
