Wednesday: We had a terrible buying experience to say the least. We decide on a bed to get and the store says they have it in stock. We go to look at it because our salesman Mike said it was different and he wanted to make sure we were still ok with it. Another salesman comes over and explains they are the same thing and it's fine. That beauty rest just changed the cover on the mattress and changed the colors a bit. My wife expressed concerns about the stitching on the top and he then began to argue with her about it (the second salesman not the first) saying this is the same thing that she can't tell the difference and that they are the same totally just a new outer covering. (Come to find out this is not true) we told him we have had issues with them breaking down quickly in the past and he proceeds to tells us that we don't know what we are talking about because he's been selling for years and we must've bought cheaper mattresses and that why she's concerned. In reality this would be our second black series and that's why we immediately went to look for that particular model. We agree to buy the bed with the understanding they are the same bed.

Thursday: We are expecting delivery, we call in because we haven't heard anything and are told they will call back. We get the call and the delivery guys aren't reachable, but we are assured it's coming and they will call 30 minutes before heading to us. 6pm I call myself and am told they tried to contact me and couldn't reach me. They will still get it out today leaving in about 15 minutes. 6:30pm I call back to confirm the number just in case so there's no mishaps. "Yup got it and they are leaving in 15-20" 7:45pm I post my original review stating all of this and that this is terrible service. 8:45pm I get a call saying the owner is delivering the mattress.

I can't say enough good about him as an owner and his ability to make things happen. I honestly thought it was going to be another situation of a local guy trying to get the money and run. Turns out he's the real deal so I'll humbly take back any negativity I shared about him.

Friday: we got to open the mattress and set it up. It's not the same mattress. We were written up and tried a beauty rest black plush top bed medium firmness. We had a beauty rest black hybrid firm mattress delivered. (This is the same bed we argued about in the store saying it looked like a different bed and agreed to take under the idea it's the same bed) I've called around to other places and all have confirmed the are different models with different construction and not just a rebranding of mattresses. We try to call today and ask about what we can do. Both mine and my wife's numbers go directly to voicemail and the box is full. I've had my mom call from an out of state number, and I've called from my workplace both are ringing through with no issue.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Tri Cities Mattress Outlet. While I was in the store, a man named Sam, who appeared to be in a position of authority, was yelling, screaming, and using profanity toward one of the female employees. He was also throwing items across the front counter and barking aggressive demands, creating an incredibly hostile and uncomfortable environment.

What was even more disturbing was that one male employee was nearby and did nothing to intervene, while another was helping other customers and didn’t step in either. Witnessing someone speak to anyone, especially a female employee, in front of customers in such a degrading and abusive manner was shocking and unacceptable.

I left without purchasing anything because I refuse to support a business where employees are treated this way. If management allows this kind of behavior to happen in plain view of customers, I can only imagine what happens when no one is watching. I do not recommend...

I haven't been here yet personally but the fella Brent over here is a very kind person. He saw me walking in the cold after a low moment for me & pulled over to let me sit in his warm truck & helped calm me down until a family member could get to me. Very generous & I'm sure everybody would enjoy working with him when wanting a new mattress.
