I have used these guys to process deer many times. The quality is good as well as the service. My last experience was surprisingly disappointing. First they charged me the same price for both deer which was $145 each. I actually skinned one of them and quartered it and they charged the same price as the whole deer. And they lost my head. Inquired where the loss was and was told the animal had a lot of fat that had to be removed. Spoke to the person I purchased the animal from and was told this was inaccurate as he was told the fat content was just where it should be. Spoke to another butcher and was told that I should have had 120-130lbs of packaged meat. Read the other reviews on weight, and make an informed decision. Something is not right!! Either that don’t clean as much meat of the bones as my NY butcher does or they kept/gave away some of my meat. I only got 21lbs of burger and looks like only one back strap not both. Hard to tell the way it’s packaged. Either way the burger amount is a let down. I’ve had at least 35lbs on a smaller deer before. I should’ve received double the 21lbs. Very disgusted and...
