The Lead who runs it, she is amazing and her team is all very helpful. I don't know how she does it by herself and every single one of her employees are super stars. From getting the freight with all the tasty snacks I love to buy on the shelves. Telling me where other things I may be interested in are in the store. To the friendly banter while ringing me up. They are all awesome as I pass by 5 other Dollar Stores on my commute home every day. This is the only one that I choose to stop by, great selection for what I need and above all the staff are 5 Rock Star Energy Drinks on Sale out of 5.
Give that team lead who organizes it all a raise (She knows who she is) and be kind to them for me management!...

When this happens, they have it, help me find it (not always in the same place), and ring me up...

When I walked in the manager and a cashier were talking behind the register. I asked why Cash only? They shrugged saying "The internet JUST went down" and I responded, it has been down my last 3 visits. The manager looked at me like I was bothering her and said "I don't know." I left, without purchasing anything. The store is mismanaged. The internet is always down, it's dirty, boxes of product line the aisles and what makes it to the shelves is in disarray. Three strikes - I'm out. I'll take my business...
