A cattleman friend of ours uses "CLOUDS MEAT PROCESSING" regularly. Not only for his buisness but also for his customers too. Without hesitation he said "not only do I recommend them [Clouds] they are the only ones I'll ever use." Had me sold because I not only trusted his judgement but his buisness experience with 'CLOUDS.' A half a cow was what we're ordering.
Today my wife and I picked up our order. All packaged smartly with clear distinct labels. Not to bore the readers with the back story to get to this pick up point; I was contacted about 12 days ago by 'CLOUDS' saying our beef was there and it'll be ready for slaughter. 'CLOUDS' contacted me when that time came to go over the process, for this was my very first time, and gave me the needed information to get my order done. Several ladies over the course of a couple calls were very helpful, polite, knew I was a rookie at this, guided me with their expert advise to get me and my fam what we wanted to order. It was apparent they had done this countless times. What could've happened they didn't treat me as if I was just another customer. Quite the opposite. I was treated like I was their first customer. It's refreshing when a customer gets quality service no matter the location shopped. I also knew enough to be dangerous with the cuts of meat that I was sorta familiar with. I shelved that attitude and let these ladies help me. For that I'm greatful!
My wife and I, mainly me as I was seeing future grillin' and smokin' days, were like a kids at Christmas as my wife and I unboxed the cuts of meat to get in our freezer at home. I'm slightly more (actually any day is a great day to have my BBQing shoes on) than a weekend BBQr and was thrilled to have this done via our cattleman friend recommendation.

Read moreOur family continues to use Cloud's for the honesty, quality and value they provide to us. This is our 4th year and they did not disappoint once again. We had 2 beef and 3 hogs processed and just like always, the cuts are superb, the packaging is fantastic and the smoking/curing is on point. You can't ask for better people either, Dwayne and Mike are great to work with and Cindy makes sure our order is just right. This is truly a "family run" operation in the sense that you get friendly, personal and honest service. This winter after the big freeze, we had a cow that needed to be processed and Cloud's didn't have an opening (not surprising given the circumstances). We found a processor able to get us in and boy is there a difference. The cuts from the competition were off by as much as a half inch! Also the packaging from the competition was not nearly as good as Cloud's. I'm so glad we found this family owned and operated business, we will always have a standing appointment, if possible,...
Read moreWow I've heard a lot of negative comments about this place and upon research and talking with people that I know they all have said the same thing that this place is a complete rip-off and that they take your beef and venison charge you for processing it and you only get back small portions and they keep the rest. One guy even said they tried to give him meat that was packaged last year trying to say that that was his dear and gave his wife venison that was packaged before deer season started... This place sounds very shady and they're ripping everyone off not only from their money but from their meat.... if I was everone I'd look for a different processing plant or...
