Absolutely awful experience.

First off when I walked into the business there was a boy vacuuming and continued to vacuum the entire office while I stood there before greeting me. I set an appointment for the following Thursday at 9 am. The owner Tim was really nice. I call on Tuesday to confirm the appointment and they had no idea who I was. I came into the office at 10 am on the Thursday (late I’ll admit it) but the tint guy had no idea who I was or that I had an appointment. He even said he probably wouldn’t have been able to take me if I came on time. So we rescheduled for today Saturday April 10th. THIS PLACE IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS. WHY WOULD YOU SCHEDULE ME FOR 9 AM ON A DAY YOURE CLOSED. Also I inquired about Speakers both times I came up here and got no clear answer on if I can schedule. It feels like they are doing this on purpose. This is the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. The owner was pleasant to talk to but everyone else here had no idea what was going on at any time....
