My sister and I get our vapes from this place and every time we walk in we are welcomed and asked what they can help us with, they always tell us what the deals are and offer the new products they have received and tell us what is new and exciting, I am pretty boring with my selection always the same one my sister experiments and has not been disappointed. All the guys working there are fantastic not one bad experience. The only thing is if the product stops working they tell you to reach out to the company I reached out to Kadobar by their website, Facebook, and Instagram and the company will not respond. There needs to be a better policy in place but other than that I have nothing but great...

I purchased the delta vape disposable pen from here, it stopped working the next day. So I went back into the store, show the guy working and he clearly seen it's not functioning. So I asked him"what should I do"he said" I don't know we don't do exchanges or refunds" sure wish I knew that before spending $50 in this place. Other places have had this issue and they exchange with no problem at all no questions asked. So I would advise people not to spend a huge amount of money here unless you want to get ripped off. I highly recommend moes smoke shop in Brooklyn Park or premier tobacco in Brooklyn center those places have the Best...

This is a hit or miss. The store hours are great and if your ever in need at a late time then this is your go-to spot; although you can find a better deal for your desired product online; but if your like me who wants to see what your getting in person first, before buying then you might be able to get it here, BUT it will be at a slightly higher marked price than what it is online, and unfortunately this place doesn't price match. the customer service could use some work. I only come here when i need something urgent, but when seeing what i wanted online vs here; i saved myself a good...
