Absolutely wonderful food. Hands down this has become a regular lunch time (and dinner) favorite for myself and my coworkers and family. They have my food ready to go by the time I get there, which is key when you have a limited lunch time. They have delivered 6 full pans of Lumpia, pancit, chicken adobo and jasmine rice for our Christmas eve buffet. We fed over 24 people, What a hit that was. Not one complaint. The only complaint I have heard so far is that they don't sell Lumpia by the bucket full, with a ladle for sauce. If you know a service member who has ever been to, or stationed in the Philippines, bring them here and introduce them to this food. It is just that good. I have yet to try the pork belly, but I know it is going to be fabulous.

So disappointed. Out of all the food vendors available during the Philippine Day event, I decided to try Ku Ma In because their line wasn’t long and I had heard good things about them before. I got their Lechon and an order of Lumpia. We got our food immediately and my boyfriend said right away that he knew I wouldn’t like it because everything was prepackaged and pulled out of a box. He was right. I get that they are at an event and they’re trying to be efficient, but this was not the way. They lost any quality that their food might’ve had with how they chose to operate. The lechon was more like chopped up steamed pork. The lumpia was stale and mostly egg roll wrap. Now I know why all other vendors had such long lines.

Try the gamut, get one of everything! My wife and I have had Ku•ma•in from their food truck a few times this summer. The staff is always friendly and their food is top notch. Their pork and chicken skewers are moist with a unique blend of seasonings that add a great flavor without being overwhelming. The subtle grill sear still pulls through. I have never had Pancit until visiting Ku•ma•in, and now it is my go-to. Their garlic fried rice is flavorful yet not overpowering. My constructive criticism would be a suggestion to re-design the layout of their posted food truck menu.

Stopped in to check out this place the other day and it was Amazing! First the young lady that took my order was very friendly and helpful since it was my first time there. While I was waiting for the food I also had nice conversation with the man who was cooking the food. Also checked out the mini art gallery in the lobby. I ordered the Pancit combo and some extra skewers and lumpias. It ended up being enough for 2 meals and I even shared some with my wife. We both loved the food and it will now be a family favorite. I just can't wait to try everything on the menu. Definitely recommend you give...
